The sound of fiddles, guitars, banjos and voices will once again drift across the grounds of the Aura Community Hall as one of the area’s most beloved summer traditions returns
for a weekend filled with music, dancing, food and community. Now in its 48th year, the Aura Jamboree invites visitors to settle in, tap their toes and enjoy a lively celebration of country, bluegrass, traditional, classic and folk sounds performed both on stage and
around the hall grounds. The 48th annual Aura Jamboree will be held July 17 and 18, 2026, at the Aura Community Hall, the long time home of the event since 1976. Musicians from
near and far, including performers traveling from other states, will gather for the two-day celebration to share music, stories and the welcoming spirit that has made the Jamboree a
cherished gathering for generations. To read more, subscribe to the L’Anse Sentinel online, or buy a print copy at our local retailers.
